Danish food research lift the developing countries

Combating poverty and the securitization of food supplies are global agendas. The Department of Food Science (FOOD), at University of Copenhagen, is already working on research within these subjects. Together with local education and research, it can help solve some of the problems within developing countries, since the purpose is to educate e.g. Africans, so they gain control over food production and the industrial development in the countries.
